The oceanfront views from the room were breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the beach set a tranquil tone for my stay. The Kaiseki dinner was exceptional, with fresh seafood highlighting the best of Hokkaido’s culinary scene. What a delight! The hot spring baths provided a serene escape, pairing relaxation with beautiful ocean panoramas. However, the room felt slightly dated, which took away from the overall ambiance. Despite this, the spaciousness and cleanliness made up for it. The staff displayed genuine attentiveness from the moment I arrived. They even took care of my luggage promptly. Just a note, taxi service felt necessary for outings since the location appeared a bit isolated, but the tranquility was worth it.

private hot spring, stunning oceanfront views, authentic ryokan experience
The price felt a bit steep, especially compared to other ryokans. The ocean view windows had inlaid wire for typhoon protection, distracting from the beautiful scenery!!! The food offerings might not please those who dislike raw seafood, so be careful!!!

Couple seeks unique experience
This was our absolute favorite hotel during our entire trip! They even had a private hot spring, which was such a special experience for us. Also we chose the breakfast-included option, and it was absolutely amazing—so delicious. The view from the restaurant was breathtakingly beautiful.
It was a bit pricey, but still acceptable for the quality we got.
